During the Covid-19 outbreak - we are still able to dispatch stock and are using Royal Mail where possible. We are not offering any registered postage, only regular 2nd class and can not guarantee the speed of delivery. However we are finding that parcels are reaching customers within a week.
As such our postage cost has dropped to £2.95 to reflect these changes (with the exception of our Tea Light selection boxes which, when bought on their own cost £1 for P&P)..
We aim to ship all orders within 4 working days. Small orders will be sent via 2nd class with Royal Mail, larger ones via Couriers and are subject to the carrier’s delivery timescales. Costs are £2.95 for all orders under £40, and above £40 it's free. If you require a faster service please call us on 07395 470029. Our Tea Light selection boxes are only £1 P&P when they are bought with other products as they can be mailed in a letter box sized box.
We re-use packaging where possible, so if your delivery contains plastic packaging it has been recycled from a previous parcel that one of the Mecoco team has received.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mecoco purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a full refund (including postage costs) will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded.
To return purchases, please package the item securely and post to the address below. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price. When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.
